Shipping

Each Sunday Bag is handmade just for you. Because I order fabric based on your orders and then sew each bag myself, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your order to be made and ready to ship.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with any available tracking information.

Local to Vermilion? I’m happy to offer free local delivery/pickup in Vermilion. I also occasionally offer free delivery to Calgary when I’m headed that way — if this option is currently available, it will be shown at checkout.

RETURNS

Because each Sunday Bag is handmade to order in the fabric you choose, all sales are final and I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Every bag is handmade, so small variations in print placement, stitching and details are completely normal and part of what makes each one unique.

If your bag arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. I’ll be happy to make it right.

Exchanges

Because bags are made to order, I’m unable to offer exchanges for a different fabric after your order has gone into production.

If you realize you selected the wrong fabric, contact me as soon as possible. If I haven’t ordered your fabric yet, I’ll do my best to change it for you.
